1. Range of Application
a． When you register for a CTYPEAWARDS account, you provide your personal registration information in accordance with the CTYPEAWARDS request;
b． When you use the CTYPEAWARDS web service, or visit the CTYPEAWARDS platform website, CTYPEAWARDS automatically receives and records information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of access, software and hardware characteristics information, and data such as web page records of your needs;
c． CTYPEAWARDS obtains the user's personal data from business partners through legal means.

a． CTYPEAWARDS will not provide, sell, lease, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party without your prior permission, or if the third party and CTYPEAWARDS (including CTYPEAWARDS affiliates) provide you with services, both parties will be prohibited from accessing all related materials after the service concludes, including all materials that they were previously able to access.
b． CTYPEAWARDS also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information by any means. If such activities occur, CTYPEAWARDS have the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user(s) who are engaged in the above activities.
c． For the purposes of serving the users, CTYPEAWARDS may provide you with information of your interest through the use of your personal information, including, but not limited to, sending you product and service information, or sharing information with CTYPEAWARDS partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
3. Disclosure of Information
CTYPEAWARDS will disclose your personal information in whole or in part in accordance with your personal wishes or the provisions of the law in the following circumstances:
a． Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent;
b． Be required to share your personal information with third parties in order to provide the products and services you have requested;
c． Disclosure to third parties, administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the relevant provision laws or at the request of administrative or judicial officials;
d． If you violate the relevant laws and regulations of China or the service agreement and related rules of CTYPEAWARDS, therefor disclosing to a third party;
e． If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, therefor must disclose information to the respondent at their request for the parties to resolve the disputes;
f． If one party has fulfilled or partly fulfilled the obligations created under a transaction made on the CTYPEAWARDS platform are requested to share information, CTYPEAWARDS has the right to decide whether to provide the other party with necessary information such as contact information to resolve the dispute.
g． Other disclosures that CTYPEAWARDS considers appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies.
4. Information Storage and Exchange
The information and data collected by CTYPEAWARDS about you will be stored on the servers of CTYPEAWARDS and/or its affiliates; these information and data may be transmitted to, accessed, stored and displayed outside your country, region or the country where CTYPEAWARDS collects the information and data.

a． Under the circumstances where the user did not refuse to accept cookies, CTYPEAWARDS will set or access cookies on your computer to login or use the services or features of the CTYPEAWARDS platform that rely on cookies. CTYPEAWARDS uses cookies to provide you with a more personalized service, including promotional services.

a． CTYPEAWARDS accounts have security protection functions, please keep your username and password information safe. CTYPEAWARDS will ensure that your information is not lost, misused and altered by security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Although there are security measures listed above, please also note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the internet.
b． When using the CTYPEAWARDS platform for online transactions, you will inevitably have to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your personal information properly and provide it to others only when necessary. If you find that your personal information (particularly the CTYPEAWARDS username and password) has been leaked, please contact the CTYPEAWARDS customer service immediately to take corresponding measures.
a． Keywords you enter when using the search engine provided by CTYPEAWARDS;
b． CTYPEAWARDS collects information from your publications on CTYPEAWARDS website, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information and comment details;
c． Violations of legal regulations or violations of the CTYPEAWARDS rules and the actions that CTYPEAWARDS has taken against you.
